Durable 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel
This bread pan is made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel. This material is valued in the food service industry for its durability, corrosion resistance and safety.
The mould is made entirely of stainless steel without additional coatings. Thanks to the material’s non-reactive properties, it can be used for both acidic and alkaline foods. The flavour and aroma of baked goods remain natural, without the risk of interaction with the metal.
Additional durability is provided by welded corners and the use of 1 mm thick stainless steel, which effectively reduces the risk of deformation during everyday use.
