What are the barrel storage racks for?
Barrel holder has a wide range of applications. It is perfect for vineyards, breweries, distilleries and all other places where goods and products, that require orderly storage are produced or stored. The shelves are complemented by metal bases for kegs. Barrel stand is the answer to the question of how to make barrels stay in place, but not only are they a way to avoid rolling barrels from place to place – elegant, stylishly finished and solid, they can also be a decorative element. What’s more – barrel cradles allow you to save space, thanks to the appropriate arrangement of kegs or containers on them. A properly calculated structure allows for the storage of several levels of casks, as well as their simultaneous movement across the storage area, without the need to dismantle entire units for single products.
Cask racking – types of construction
We are a direct manufacturer of wine, beer barrel racks or for any other distillate. As a standard, we make them of structural steel, and we use hot-dip galvanized for the protective coating. It is also possible to make bases for kegs made of acid-proof steel. On special order, we can make them of various sizes and make appropriate calculations and transformations of the project so that the product meets special requirements. A whiskey barrel racks, beer stillage or bourbon barrel stands are not a problem. Our metal bases are suited for any kind of liquor casks and any kind of keg material – metal, plastic, steel, wooden barrel racks and many other.
