marxam project - metal processing company
about us
Marxam Project is a company specializing in the field of metalworking. The main goal, since the establishment of the company in 2006, has been to help customers in the development and modification of technology for the production of metal elements and assemblies and their production.
Initially, it was basic thermal and plastic processing (laser sheet metal cutting, sheet metal bending and profile bending). Along with the growing number of customers, we expanded the machine park and the number of employed professionals. Today, we can provide comprehensive customer service in the field of not only individual details but, above all, entire assemblies and metal structures.
We are able to conduct production from basic technological activities (cutting, bending, rolling) through combining everything (welding, welding, assembly) and then preparing for the application of the required protective coatings (painting, galvanizing, anodizing) and final preparation for shipment.

Team
Since 2006, we have gained a lot of knowledge and experience, but we do not claim to know everything. We are constantly learning and willingly take on new challenges, so that our team can provide services at the highest level with their knowledge.
Beginning of flat sheet metal processing. Processing is selected depending on the material and its further use.

termiczna@marxam-project.pl
We dedicate this department of our plant for elements requiring plastic processing (bending, rolling, stamping).
The place where we join metal elements together by welding. If required by the customer’s technology, we can also use glued joints.
All the technologies that we do not yet have available, but that we are able to provide to our customers, are here.
Our technology team is able to help with any production problem. If you want to reduce production costs or have a problem with the design of the assembly – we will be happy to help.
One of the last departments on the way to producing an element. Here, we can make a comprehensive assembly of the structure and add electric, pneumatic or hydraulic elements to the product.

offer
Our company is able to provide you with many metalworking technologies. If we come across a problem, cooperation companies come to our aid, with whom we have been cooperating for over 16 years.
LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is a process of processing material using a hot laser beam and technical gas. The laser causes the processed element to evaporate, melt or burn.
PLASMA CUTTING
Plasma cutting is a metalworking process that uses a plasma arc to cut the workpiece. This method uses a large amount of electrical energy, which is held between the material and the electrode, melting the material to give it specific parameters.
WATERJET CUTTING
Waterjet cutting is a process that uses a concentrated, high-pressure energy carrier. Its characteristic feature is that high temperatures are not used here, which is particularly important in the processing of materials that are sensitive to them, such as glass or ceramics.
SHEET METAL BENDING
Bending sheet metal allows the material to be shaped according to specific parameters, changing its curvature without affecting the transverse dimensions.
SHEET METAL ROLLING
Rolling of sheets consists of giving a specific curvature to the sheet. For this purpose, special rolling machines are used, which, using CNC technology, allow for achieving high repeatability in large-scale production.
PROFILE AND PIPE ROLLING
Rolling of pipes and profiles consists in the impact on the processed material using rollers in order to give it a specific shape and properties. The material is then strengthened and given the appropriate curvature.
SHEET METAL STAMPING
The sheet metal stamping process is used to implement sheet metal shaping projects. It is highly dependent on the type of material, the temperature used during its shaping, and the intended use of the sheet metal being modeled.
CNC TURNING
CNC turning is a process used for modeling materials to obtain elements with spherical shapes, such as cones, spheres or cylinders. Thanks to this technology, we can obtain elements with very complex geometry.
CNC MILLING
CNC milling is a process that is part of machining. In this process, excess material is removed in a methodical manner. The aim is to obtain a product with specific properties.
METAL HONING
Honing is one of the machining processes that belongs to finishing. This means that in order to use it, it is necessary to use other techniques to prepare the material technically. This process has its main application in the machining of internal surfaces.
CONVENTIONAL TURNING
Conventional turning is one of the machining methods that involves removing unnecessary amounts of material using manual lathes. A characteristic feature of this process is the significant role of the operator’s skills.
CONVENTIONAL MILLING
Conventional metal milling is a machining process in which excess material is removed through manual adjustments, thereby giving it a specific shape and properties. This method uses hand-held milling machines, which, in the hands of skilled and experienced operators, allow for the processing of various materials.
METAL BROACHING
Broaching is a method of machining that involves processing metal using a specialized device called a broaching machine. It involves passing the material through many blades at once, which give it specific properties.
WELDING
The welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures.
SPOT AND INDUCTION WELDING
Our spot welders allow the use of alternative methods of joining metal elements. Resistance spot welding is one of the most popular techniques for joining thin-walled metals.
EDM
Die-cutting electrical discharge (EDM) and wire electrical discharge (WEDM) allow for the machining of precise, difficult-to-machine elements with complex shapes, for which the access of a conventional cutting tool is difficult.
PROTECTIVE
COATINGS
All required protective coatings are made in certified external companies. The basic condition for cooperation is meeting all environmental requirements.
3D PRINTING OF PLASTICS
AND RESINS
3D printing technology has gained great popularity in recent years due to its speed, accuracy and economy of manufacturing products.
DESIGN OF SMALL METAL STRUCTURES
We have extensive experience in the design of small and medium-sized metal structures and the modernization of machine parts.
TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT IN THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Many years of experience and well-trained staff allow us to provide technical assistance to our customers.
ASSEMBLY
In addition to standard metal processing, we also offer our customers the option of comprehensive assembly of individual machines or devices, including elements of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics or automation elements, for initial and final recipients.
