Stainless steel AISI 304

The metal construction allows for even heat distribution, which aids in the cooking and setting process of pate.

The inherent strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel ensure the mold withstands high-pressure environments, extreme temperatures, and aggressive chemicals without compromising its integrity.

Pate molds – usage

To ensure the proper functioning of the pate mold it is highly advised to prepare it before its usage. These steps are:
1. Before the first usage, bake the baking mold in an oven at a temperature of 80-100°C (176-212°F) for 45-60 minutes. After that, coat it in vegetable oil and let it cool at ambient temperature.
