Pate mold – application

Pate molds – usage
To ensure the proper functioning of the pate mold it is highly advised to prepare it before its usage. These steps are:
1. Before the first usage, bake the baking mold in an oven at a temperature of 80-100°C (176-212°F) for 45-60 minutes. After that, coat it in vegetable oil and let it cool at ambient temperature.
2. Before every use they should be greased.
